1. Using Arden

Arden (arden.fyi) is a curated library of tools, prompts, bookmarks, and a journal, operated by Arpad Spodni, an individual entrepreneur (ФОП) registered in Ukraine. By using the site you agree to these terms. You may browse freely; some features require an account or premium access. You should be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to make a purchase.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that inbox. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your account settings.

3. Premium access

Premium is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to premium prompts and collection features for the account that bought it. It is personal and non-transferable. Payments are processed by Monobank and charged in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH); a price shown in another currency is an approximate guide. Access is granted immediately — see the Refund policy.

4. Content

The prompts, images, and other content on Arden are provided for your personal use and inspiration. Please don't redistribute or resell premium prompts.

5. Disclaimer

Arden is provided "as is," without warranties. We aren't liable for losses arising from use of the site to the extent permitted by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
