Digital, lifetime access

Arden premium is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks access immediately and permanently. Because it is digital content delivered instantly, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable once premium access has been granted.

Immediate access & withdrawal

By completing checkout you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that any statutory “cooling-off” or withdrawal period that might otherwise apply ends once access is granted. Payment is processed by Monobank and charged in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH); any price shown in another currency is an approximate guide and the exact amount depends on the conversion rate at the time of payment.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If a refund is required by law, if you were charged in error, or if you couldn't access what you paid for, we'll make it right.

Requesting a refund

Email szpodnyiarpad@gmail.com from your purchase email and we'll look into it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; a refunded purchase removes premium access.
