Arden (“we”, “the site”) is a personal creative library at arden.fyi run by Arpad Spodni, an individual entrepreneur (ФОП) in Ukraine. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used. We keep this simple and collect as little as possible.

What we collect

  • Account email — if you create an account, we store your email address so you can sign in with a magic link. It is never sold or shared for marketing.
  • Your saved items and collections — the prompts and bookmarks you save, and any collections you create, are stored with your account and are private to you.
  • Purchase data— if you buy premium, we store that your account has premium access and a reference to the payment. Card details are entered on Monobank's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us.
  • Newsletter email — only if you subscribe. Stored to send you updates; every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Basic, anonymous usage data — standard server logs and privacy-friendly analytics that do not identify you personally.

Service providers

We rely on a few third parties to run the site, each processing data only as needed to provide their service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and account sign-in), Monobank (payment processing), Resend (sending newsletter emails), and Pinterest (when we publish our own content as Pins).

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all of its saved items and collections at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. Some records required for accounting or fraud prevention (for example a proof of purchase) may be retained where the law requires it.

Cookies

The public site uses no tracking cookies. When you sign in, a session cookie keeps you logged in. A separate cookie is used only for the private admin login.

Your choices

You can update your display name, delete your account, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To request access to or removal of your data, contact us.
